Hi,
I would check PCGS. com to get a true indication of it’s value.

A 1900-S Liberty Head Double Eagle contains 0. 9675 troy ounces of gold currently worth about $1,085US. An ungraded coin might sell for $1,200US to over $2,000US while an example graded by ANACS, NGC, or PCGS might sell for 10% or more higher. I hope that helps.

It depends on the condition of the coin. You should check http://www. pcgs. com/prices/PriceGuideDetail. aspx?MS=1&PR=1&SP=1&c=66&title=Liberty+Head+%2420 like the other yahoo user said. But if you do not know how to grade the coin you can go to your local coin store or send it to PCGS to be graded.
