I haven’t been able to find one on the internet. There is a 1855 on ebay right now that a fellow is trying to get $6,500 for. There are so many variables when attempting to sell a coin. Condition matters enormously, so does the honestly of the dealer you’re trying to sell it to. Also, when money is tight collectibles do not sell very well. A coin may be rare, but if no one you contact does not want that particular sort of coin, it won’t sell. Dealers I consider dishonest are those that under-grade a coin when they buy it, then overgrade that same coin when they sell it.
If I were you, I would contact Stack’s Rare Coins, they are very high class. They have real integrity, very reputable. Contact them. They’ll probably ask you to mail the coin to them to examine before they make you any offer. http://www. stacks. com/eShop/Inventory

Assuming it’s genuine (big assumption) and depending on condition, it could be quite valuable.

The Kellogg coins are not really US coins, but were made by a private mint in the same style and denomination as US coins. Nonetheless, they do have considerable value.

The presence of an “O” mint mark seems wrong. The Kellogg coins were all made in San Francisco as far as I know, and say “San Francisco” on the back instead of having a mint mark.

Chances are good that it’s not genuine, but take it to a dealer and see what he says.

Something is not right in your description for Kellogg & Co. was a private company located in San Francisco, and the O mint mark is for New Orleans. I suggest you check with a local coin dealer.
